- Training record and status.
- Weekly Report Status.
- Training and action list Planner.
- Aramco Professional Engineering Development Division (PEDD), Training Service Request (TSR) and Training Service Confirmation (TSC).

Responsibilities and Tasks
Saudization Program:
1. Review Saudization requirements per Aramco Project in coordination with Project Coordinators and Projects Manager and recommend Saudization manpower loading to HR/Recruitment Department.
2. Receive newly joined trainees and assure initial Company orientation is completed.
3. Ensures that the trainee has completed the minimum/mandatory in-house training prior to mobilization to site.
4. Administer enrollment of Saudi trainees into Saudi Aramco PEDD Engineering and inspection courses.
5. Administer tracking and keeping the training records and reports of all Saudi trainees.
6. Prepare effective training schedules, dates for delivery of specific courses and/or course segments, secure trainers, arrange training facilities and monitor attendance.
7. Report training progress to management on regular basis.
8. Prepare Quarterly Training Highlights for submittal to client.
9. Identify and coordinate appropriate certifications for each trainee and coordinate reimbursement by Saudi Aramco.
