o Conduct testing, screening and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.
o Closely work with job candidates, external recruiters and agencies, headhunters and other human resource professionals in support of a business’s hiring needs.
o Manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process and to bringing new employees on board.
o Input recruitment and staffing data into Recruit Workforce.
o Verify reference check on final candidates.
o Updating the client tracker on daily bases.
o Analyze, respond to and resolve recruitment issues.
• During my training period I did the following tasks:
o Entering patient diagnoses information, updating and uploading it to the website to be checked.
o Worked on B1MCO Database system to look for pharmacies, hospitals and clinics, also to check for discounts percentage and what diagnoses are covered to make sure of each processes.
o Technical support:
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
