Responsible for Contracts Administration, Procurement & Admin Services in the Organization
To be responsible for
o Strategic Planning and goal achievement as per the balance score cards
o Budget formulation and control for Cooperate Services division
o Handling and executing Business Process
o Project Management for new projects
o Leading Bids on office rentals for Brokers in DFM
Identifying and appointing Vendors; Negotiate terms of Contract for supplies
Responsible for
o Creating the scurvies to evaluate the vendors
o Tracking contracts and projects
o Follow-up on work requirements and to creating necessary warehouses for the storage of materials
o Devising contracting procedures and perform follow up for the implementation of public contracts
o Implementation of the contracts associated with
• Purchase of materials
• Equipment and Appliances required in accordance with the rules and procedures
Responsible for Market Intelligence - Prevailing prices of various material, archive catalogs and price lists issued by the suppliers of goods and services
To handle end-to-end Admin Operations
To provide optimum facilities & infrastructure to Employees for ensuring high productivity
Generate various business and other MIS reports
