• Working closely with the intensivists, inpatient pharmacists and clinical dietitians to maintain the ongoing prescribing of Total Parenteral Nutrition and Enteral Nutrition.
• Closely working with the clinical dietetics team to introduce the enteral nutrition for home care, intensive care and chronic care patients.
• Maintaining positive relationships by providing regular visits to the anesthesiologists to maintain the use of our controlled IV drugs.
• Arranging schedules on weekly and monthly basis; arranging appointments with doctors, Inpatient pharmacists and purchasing officers.
• Preparing and delivering presentations for the products portfolio and discussing in detail the indications; guidelines and the specifications of the drugs, and where needed; evaluation as well as demonstrations are also made; once completed; feedback is taken into account and interpreted to what our end user would be requesting.
• Identifying the potential of the medical facility for new products; where needed establishing new account; and follow up for existing as well as new orders.
• Attending or participating in Medical Events; and/or organizing the medical conferences for doctors and other relevant medical staff.
• Monitoring competitor activities and their products; finding potential for alternatives as well.
• Keeping detailed database of all the contacts, attending company meeting in regard to sales, target as well any latest clinical data for our products, and using such to an advantage where necessary.
• To find out the potential for new products, map the necessary pathway to introduce them and to follow-up for firm and repeat Local Purchase Orders.
• Working closely with dermatologists, pediatricians, gynecologists and Laser Technicians for introducing pharmaceutical skin care products.
• Launching new products, for which presentations were delivered to the relevant doctors, samples were provided to get feedback and to understand patient compliance.
• Attending medical conference, exhibitions and events relevant to the products being promoted.
• Conducting sales survey with the Pharmacists to improve customer relations and sales procedures.
• Preparing comprehensive reports about competitor products, highlighting the price, merchandising techniques, various package size available and providing an insight of UAE market to the principle company.
•Providing consumer assistance by providing quotations, stock availability, confirming sales order, delivery & payment matters and general enquiries through standard procedures.
•Visiting specialists such as Dermatologists and Pediatricians
