As Senior Finance Manager, Avinash has the responsibility to direct financial management operations, collaborate with senior management team to design operating policies and procedures and oversee overall operations, assist Chief Executive Officer in all daily matters and assume acting duties in CEO's absence, and supervise Finance and Accounts department employees, handling recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, mentoring, and evaluations.
Key Contributions in this role include:
• Pioneered goal-based management approach, implementing budgetary mechanisms and creating five-year business model strategies. This change led to better budgetary protocols, closely-monitored performance ensuring timely action and corrective measures and achieved above 10% growth above targets.
• Standardized monthly and quarterly management reporting process, elevating the past procedure of only need-based reporting.
