HR / Payroll Officer

• Administer the payment & deductions of personnel’s salaries through WPS system. This involves the collection and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll (including new joiners, all type of leaves, absences, allowances, overtime, change status, and cash advances).
• Ensure payroll records (hard copies and in the system) accurately reflects current staff conditions details. This includes starters and leavers, contract amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sickness and other leave.
• Liaise with Accounts Department for all payroll related matters.
• Provide a responsive and accurate service on payroll matters.
• Facilitate leavers, calculation of end of service gratuity.
• Liaise with the Admin for cancellation of residence visas.
• Provide monthly payroll report and summary to Admin and HR Manager.
• Prepare and respond to personnel queries about leave pay and entitlement.
• Administer the medical & life insurance which includes enrolment, renewal and cancellation. Coordinate with third party provider for issuing medical cards.
• Review employee’s medical insurance invoices and submit for medical claims.
• Review of invoices of labour suppliers against the attendance sheet received from the sites.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required and take responsibilities of other Admin and HR personnel’s during leave of absence as requested by the Admin and HR Manager.
• Support the HR and QHSE Policies and support the implementation of these policies and procedures with the Department.
