• Ensures execution of quality control and inspection activities to comply with business unit specific
requirements.
• Manages and develops the local quality control and inspection team and ensures collaboration and
alignment with purchasing and logistics global practices.
• Drives efficiency through resource optimization and implementation of best practices and continuous
improvement initiatives within quality control.
• Supports global alignment of Supplier Quality
• Management initiatives
• Engages in the implementation of and compliance to procurement policies, processes, and reporting of
KPI's in alignment with Procurement directives and leads specifically for quality control.

alignment with Procurement within the Products Business Line
• Where relevant, oversees quality control functions in assigned countries outside home country.

• Oversee the construction of several units, including the Steam Methane Reformer Unit (Heater Package), Air Separation Unit, and Common Utility Piping
• Conduct welding inspections, prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), conduct Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and perform Welder Qualification Test (WQT)
• Work with various materials, including Inconel, Monel, Carbon Steel (CS), Stainless Steel (SS) 316 and 304, Duplex stainless steel, Aluminium, Inconel, Monel & Unlisted Man 900
• Quality In charge for the field fabrication of Cold Box & Heat Exchanger Includes Aluminium & Stainless steel (Cryogenic services) & achieved Zero defect in the process of fabrication.
• Quality in charge for field fabrication of Heater package includes Inconel, Monel & Unlisted Manu rite 900 material with zero defect & repair percentage through the completion of the project.
• In charge for the testing package clearance for 105623 Lakh Inch meter of process lines & Clearance of ITR for system closures
• Quality In charge for the field fabrication & clearance process cleaned about 50211 Inch meter of pipelines.
• Consistently achieved average of 96 % Construction quality index & Key Performance indicator
• Responsible for overseeing the inspection of incoming materials for the project, specifically focusing on
Piping & Equipment
• Conducted Welding Inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Supervised Hydrotest Loop Clearance to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversaw the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure that all project activities
adhered to strict quality standards.
• Handled different materials, including P91, CS, SS 316, 304, P11, Inconel, Monel, & Aluminium
• Responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of Piping and Structural systems.
• Conducted regular field inspections to ensure that all work was being performed to the highest standards
and maintained the Quality Management System (QMS)
