• Diversity and Inclusion: Handled the role of project manager for a Diversity and Inclusion program delivered to one of our leading clients in Lebanon.
• Culture Transformation Program: Handled the role of consultant for a culture transformation initiative for global FMCG Company based in Egypt.
• Job Description Development: Handled the role of consultant for a job description development project where I interviewed over 100 employees and developed job descriptions for various job grades for global FMCG Company based in Egypt.
• Code of Conduct: Assisted in the formation of the code of conduct for a leading multinational organization in KSA.
• Assessment Centre: Created an assessment centre for a chain of restaurants in Lebanon, KSA and Armenia.
• Learning and Development: Acted as an external learning and development coordinator for a leading luxury retail organization based in UAE.
• Performance Management: Acted as a Consultant on Key Performance Indicators Production, Competency Framework Production, and performance management process deployment.
