Develop yearly fashion Marketing plans and strategies in order to position our brands within a determined
target market and reporting directly to the CEO
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving
collaboration (making sure all campaigns are implemented correctly among the shop managers, in-store
branding materials etc…)
Communicating with the malls marketing departments (MAF & Mall of Qatar) to follow up and
collaborate with them for a better exposure and drive traffic
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build
successful strategies
Brief and lead the creative department and production company with all new campaigns making sure the
fashion brands are portrayed correctly.
Manage a team of 3 members each with a focus on: customer service, digital marketing and social media.
Plan the new launch of our e-commerce website (from the website content creation to branding and media
plan launch)
Work on the SEO of the website in coordination with an advertising agency based in the UAE
Manage the social media accounts and all digital channels of our brands
Handle the advertising management of our social media accounts specifically everything related to fb
advertising through the business manager
Manage the yearly marketing budget
Launch and plan tactical events inside our boutiques (opening events, launch of new collection, VIP
events., fashion show events)
Collaborate with well-known bloggers and fashion tv’s to create video stunts and commercial ads for social
media
Handle the PR/ media coverage part related to social media influencers / bloggers in order to increase the
number of followers and engagement on a digital level and in order to reach out to new customers and
step into new markets
Working with different companies on freelance basis in Beirut and the GCC such as:
- Bo concept, Trend, shift production advertising agency, Clouds media, all based in Lebanon
- Centurion Group (digital investment company) in the UAE
- Fashion company based in the GCC
* Jobs & duties are mainly related to digital marketing with a high focus on all social media platforms
(community management & advertising), e-commerce websites, SEO development, events, openings
etc..
Creating and executing a marketing plan with a yearly timeline of events & exhibitions
Maintain social media presence at brand and corporate level
Maintain accurate information on company website
Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives
Draft press releases, represent the company to media outlets
Work on brochures and leaflets for all types of exhibitions
Manage the marketing department and brief the creative agency upon each marketing campaign
Work in parallel with the sales manager in order to test weekly results and achieve better performance

Manage the production of all new business development online and offline marketing materials
including leaflets, posters, flyers, adverts, website, e-newsletters and special projects
Manage the effective implementation of multi-channel online and offline integrated global marketing
campaigns for the new business development areas
Cooperate with the head of marketing to manage overall budgets for the new business development
areas, purchase orders and invoicing on a day to day basis, including monitoring and reporting on
spend
Handle all social media pages (real estate and food division) - knowledge of SEO and social media
activity

Greet customers in the showroom and direct them to the appropriate staff member
Respond to customers inquiries
Receive telephone calls and direct as and where necessary
Arrange and attend all conferences and meetings and compose the official minutes
