Handled various tasks related but not limited to recruitment management and administrative and
employee services’ tasks including time management, operations management, employee
requests and personnel management while assisting with events planning and more.
Handled the timetable and schedules for meetings, all documents related to CEO and workforce
attendance for drivers based on set objectives and business requirements. My responsibilities also
included tasks related to reports’ preparations, inventory control and management, conducting
benchmark studies on suppliers and negotiating the best terms with the contracted suppliers
(prices, quantities etc.) In addition, answering customer's queries and assisting them with any of
their needs to boost the company’s brand, increase customer loyalty and enhance the overall
customer experience.
Supervised the release of flyers and ads. Handled incoming and outgoing correspondences on
behalf of the general manager. My tasks also included interacting with the customers and
suppliers to follow up on everything related to contracts and following up on marketing and
advertising requirement.
