Working in Information Security Department as Business Analyst for many projects.
-Communicate with the stakeholders, Review the processes and gather information.
-Facilitate meetings and assist in writing meeting’s minutes.
-Review proposals and contracts.
-Involve in writing Information Security Policies
-Worked closely with Injazat’s business consultant specialists and clients to understand the business, identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes
-Worked in designing and re-engineering clients business processes and IT systems
-worked with the clients to understand their needs and problems.
-Interacted with Inzajat’s SME’s to solve client’s problems and provide best solutions.
-Documentation of client’s business requirements’ system requirements, Issues and process flows.
-Interacted with the system architects and the developers to ensure the system is properly implemented
-Involved in supporting management decisions
-Have assisted with software implementation projects.
-Have assisted Project Managers with preparation of project plans.
-Traveled to various locations in Abu Dhabi to engage with multiple clients to ensure all processes and requirements were accurately defined.
-During my career in Injazat, I have worked as Business Analyst with many clients such as: Mubadala, Abu Dhabi Ship Building, National Rehabilitation Center and Tabreed.
-Documentation and writing reports
-Worked as a Help Desk Agent and communicate with the us remotely to capture and resolve their issues.
-Learn basic web designing skills and involve in updating Municipality web site.
-Involved with the project team to gather user’s system and business requirements, issues.
-Worked in designing and re-engineering business processes and IT system.
