Inventory Replenishment:
- Monitor stock level and suggest order to be placed
- Provide for stock management on an ongoing basis, study consumption trends comparatively with forecast, and recommend optimal procurement cycle
- Establish purchase plans based on the annual and monthly forecasts provided by sales & marketing
- Prepare costing sheets and purchase orders & validate the landed factor
- Review additional orders’ requests forwarded by Brand Managers

- Order Processing:
- Control individual procurement requisitions and ensure that terms agreed upon with suppliers are properly reported
- Follow up on receipt of documents related to orders placed.
- Review documents on shipments, coordinate with clearing agents and warehouses
- Answer and follow-up on all information requests and queries with suppliers
- Ensure that all correspondence with suppliers is channeled to concerned parties including marketing, sales and finance
- Coordinate monitoring of freight routing and shipments from point of origin to destination, with shipping officer, and take corrective measures with suppliers/agents to expedite delivery
- Study and evaluate freight mix and terms (land, sea freight), based on suppliers location, and routes and available transportation systems which ensure optimal cost of delivery
- Keeps record of shipping agencies for all geographic locations, & reports changes in prices and/or schedule to manager and marketing department
Insurance
- Make sure all consignments are properly covered by insurance.
Claim Management:
- Follow up with central warehouse on all damaged shipments to ensure that the appropriate claim is filed with the responsible party, whether suppliers or insurance companies.
- Follow-up with suppliers on all credit notes, & ensure they have been taken action for in a timely manner.
Management of the GIS System starting from tracking and monitoring, tasks planning and dispatching, progress follow up and billing up to optimization of resources
Directs the needs of the operations center and leads required training
Ensures the functionality of the system and operability of communication network, reports errors, and coordinates with IT division and the Supplier as necessary
Alerts Project and Division Managers of inconveniencies and reports problems
Coordinates with the mechanical department regarding maintenance of fleet and with Equipment Coordinator regarding the daily allocation
From the daily site reports, compiles data and information of projects and allocates resources costs (labor and equipment) on the relevant activities.
Audits the equipments costs and makes sure they are compatible with the AVL report
Makes sure that quality standards are being met as per the company’s policy and relevant procedures, performs internal audits as directed by the QM, and participate in external ISO Audits
