- Applying HR processes and procedures throughout GCC.
All responsibilities assigned to my job role are applied to 6 countries that Carriage is operating in;
(Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE & KSA).
- Built the HR teams in GCC along with the Head of HR during expansion till date.
- Provided all HR staff with training and continuous support in all HR functions.
- Monitoring and handling recruitment process with the recruitment team of (fresh, mid-career & senior levels).
- Preparation of Manpower plan, G&A Budget on yearly basis and Best Estimates on monthly basis.
- Auditing payroll of GCC.

- Analyzing monthly reports provided by the HR.
- Assuring that end of service benefits, annual leaves and indemnities are paid correctly.

- Preparing weekly & monthly reports to Head of HR & CEO.
- Implemented HR system and updates of HR system.
- Providing mother company with any reports when required.
- Closely working with the C-Level when it comes to reporting and executing plans.
