Removing of valves, Installation of valves, Travel setting, Stroke Checking, Trouble Shooting and Maintenance from field side Of all Control Valves, Spring Type, Cylinder type, Piston type, Rotary Type, Hydraulic Valve, Butterfly Valve, Self regulating valve(Masoneilan, Dresser, Tailor, Dembla, Rotork, Jamesbury)also SOV, ESDV, BDV, MOV & On Off Valves, Removing & Installation of Thermocouples, PT100(RTD)

Attend the meeting with clients directly and check the faults discus with clients also discuses all issue & solve the problems.

Construction & operation:
•I have knowledge about QA/QC.
•Assembling and Installation of all field instruments such as Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature, differential pressure transmitter, Analyzer transmitter(Rosemount), Analog transmitter(brooks).
•Cable laying, Glanding, Termination all types of panels, Junction Box,
instruments side & Marshaling Cabinet side, Instruments Earthing.
•Assembling & Installation of PG,
•I worked with vendor at F&G, Loop Check, Trouble shooting, and function test of all instruments. Also I worked at all Instruments as follow.
•Temperature transmitters temperature indicator, temperature gauges.
•PT, PDT, Pressure Switch & gauges(Hitachi, Yokogava, Honeywell, Fisher,
Rosemount, Endress+Hauser, Foxbrow, Fuji, Brooks).
•LT, Flush mounting, Displacer type LT, Gamma rays level indicator, level guage, level switch, guided/non guided wave radar type bubbler level type.
•Flow transmitter, flow switch, flow counter, flow measuring element as, orifice plate, venture tube, petit tube, flow nozzle.
