• Preparing of comprehensive submittal proposals to forward to consultants during approval stages and Operation and Maintenance Manual after the execution of orders.
• Respond timely and accurately with the provision of pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.
• Originating all purchase requests for all switchgear components after taking quotes from different suppliers and do necessary negotiations.
• Techno commercial evaluation of quotes of different suppliers and support to prepare Purchase Requests for all switchgear components for the projects.
• Preparing Test Certificate for MDBs, SMDBs, Capacitor Banks, FDBs, Control Panels, etc.
• Scheduling the delivery by coordinating with workshop supervisor.
• Coordinating with site engineers and arranging delivery of materials according to the site requirement.
• Preparing BOQs for Invoicing of projects and preparing all documents for the payment collection.
• Attending walking customers and assisting them for their requirement
