• Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Low Voltage Switchgear Panels, Automation Panel and components trading for all the major brands.
• Responsible for Sales and Marketing of SCAME Wiring Accessories, Ind. Plugs and Sockets, Weather Proof wiring accessories, W/P Isolators, Junction Boxes.
• Leading the activity of increasing the market share for all products in the company portfolio through Contractors, Utilities, Panel builders, Oil and Gas companies.

• Generate enquiries timely meeting with clients, local authority officials.
• Making estimations & quotations for L.V panels as per single line diagram / load schedule after studying the specification and drawings.
• Preparing and submission of tenders for potential projects based upon enquiry information.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service.
• Manage and respond to client inquiries
• Optimized product solution to the customers by understanding his exact requirement.
• Making submittals for the approvals from consultancies.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Responsible for the overall Techno-commercial execution of the project.
• Preparing project status report review and updating of the same on weekly basis.
• Work with members of the Sales Team to ensure all account plans & account strategies are maintained.
• Providing Pre and Post-Sales Support to the Sales Team as appropriate.
• Respond timely and accurately with the provision of pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.
• Payment follows up with the client.


Sales Coordinator & Estimation
• Preparing offers for enquiries as per the spec and drawings.
• Originating all purchase requests for all switchgear components after taking quotes from different suppliers and do necessary negotiations.
• Preparing of comprehensive submittal proposals to forward to consultants during approval stages and Operation and Maintenance Manual after the execution of orders.
• Respond timely and accurately with the provision of pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.
• Originating all purchase requests for all switchgear components after taking quotes from different suppliers and do necessary negotiations.
• Techno commercial evaluation of quotes of different suppliers and support to prepare Purchase Requests for all switchgear components for the projects.
• Preparing Test Certificate for MDBs, SMDBs, Capacitor Banks, FDBs, Control Panels, etc.
• Scheduling the delivery by coordinating with workshop supervisor.
• Coordinating with site engineers and arranging delivery of materials according to the site requirement.
• Preparing BOQs for Invoicing of projects and preparing all documents for the payment collection.
• Attending walking customers and assisting them for their requirement
