• Understanding the scope of work as per contract and its limitations in execution, warranty &
maintenance aspects.

• Proposing designs for modification of all old buildings in Zone 7, which includes Scholar Health
Building, Doha Sports Stadium, City Souq (Rayyan TV Building), Private Engineering Office Building,
Central
Municipal Council Building, and some commercial shopping buildings around these buildings
• Completed Structural and Masonry works for National Health Laboratories (VALUE QR 265M).
• Completed Construction of 2 Coast Guard Stations for ASHGHAL, One at ALWAKRA & Other one at
AL THAKHIRA, AL KHOR.
• Completed 1 School building in CONSTRCTION OF SEVEN SCHOOLS AROUND DOHA PROJECT,
Package 9a in Abu hamour technical school compound for ASHGHAL, Public works Department
Doha, Qatar.
• Completed Construction of 2B + G + 19 Hotel Apartment, in LUSAIL, with elevated swimming pool etc.
for SIMSIMA REAL ESTATE.
• Completed as subcontractor to HOCTIEF SOLUTIONS, Block of Commercial building 1.4 Km length,
with Car park in basement, Ground floors for Show rooms, Mezzanine floor for services, First floor for
office facilities with glazed façade for BARWA COMMERCIAL AVENUE (VALUE QR 519M) of BARWA
PROPERTIES 8 Km length avenue Qatar.
• Completed 4 buildings to accommodate taxi drivers, 1 in 3 substations, Dining hall, block for ancillary
units and an Administration building with all infrastructure to facilitate training for drivers, in KARWA
CITY, Doha, Qatar.
• Completed 1 School building in CONSTRCTION OF SEVEN SCHOOLS AROUND DOHA PROJECT,
(A JOINT VENTURE WITH ZUBLIN INTERNATIONAL - QATAR & ALSRAIYA) for ASHGHAL, Public

• Monitor construction quality and ensure materials and workmanship meet standards.
• Monitor availability of construction materials and ensure timely procurement.
• Raise material requisitions as per work schedule.
• Manage tools, equipment, and labour resources on site efficiently.
