• Finance Lead & JV Board Member: Vendome mall (~$190M) and Doha Festival City (~$180M) - capital structuring, project financing, treasury, and Board management
• Led Qatar expansion: established financial infrastructure for 15+ entities across 6 business verticals from inception
• Presented financial performance, capital requirements, and risk to JV Board and MD
• Directed structured international commercial agreements with Toshiba Elevators and Roca

forecasting and planning, managing, and developing Finance & Accounts teams.

Binzagr Multifarious activities of these companies
are broadly divided into Trading, Manufacturing, and contracting. BFIM manufactures Insulation, Fireproofing
and Refractory materials, including Refractory Cement and BITCOs trading activities cover Insulation,
Fireproofing and Refractory materials on the one side and rotator equipment, turbines, valves, drilling
equipment etc on the other. BFIM undertakes large insulation, fireproofing and refractory projects with
petrochemical industries and Refineries in the Kingdom. Besides, it has long term maintenance contracts with
Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco).
KEY Responsibilities
 Assess and evaluate financial performance of the Company with regards to long-term operational goals,
budgets, and forecasts
 Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the Company
 Identify, evaluate, acquire, and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational
information. Evaluate Group companies finance function and make suggestions for automating processes and
increasing working efficiency
 Manage the overall cost base of the company, with particular focus on identifying opportunities for intra
company synergies across different functions that can result in meaningful improvement to the bottom line of
the company
 Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures
 Working with group legal to ensure appropriate legal compliance
 Represent the Company to banks, financial partners, institutions, auditors, and other officials
 Ensure timely filing Zakat return
 Implemented budget and expense control measures to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
