Description
➢ Supervision of jobs Involves Negotiation, Co-ordination, Issuances of
Motor Policies (Hire Purchase).
➢ Managing Fleet & Individual policies Submission of policy documents
within the time frame.
➢ Coordination in Non-Motor such as Marine, Fire, Workmen
Compensation, Contractors all risk, Travel Smart etc.
➢ Provide full support & service to the clients, reconcile the Motor
transactions with the Client and Insurer on monthly basis & regular
follow-up on all outstanding premiums and other matters.
➢ Supervise and Assist in all activities related to the office operations.
➢ Arranging and monitoring timely issuance of policies, cover notes,
endorsements, documents, Debit/Credit notes and other related
documentation to complete the underwriting process efficiently.
➢ Ensure client satisfaction reviewing claims ratio of existing customers
before renewal & renew Insurance policies as per the guidelines.
➢ Making all endorsements for policies (Change name, Extension and
cancellation)
courses: Proficiency in Computer applications and expert in MS Office, Tally Accounting Package, Typewriting in English Lower.
