1 Now presently working in ‘Pros cape LLC’ Landscaping Company in Dubai, As a MEP storekeeper in Main Warehouse from July 31st-2017.
a> Handling Electrical materials & plumbing materials like GRP PIPE, HDPE PIPE, GI UPVC PIPE, PVC PIPE, DIFFERENT VALVES, BUTTERFLY VALVES, CHECK VALVE, ALL PLUMBING MATERIALS, Electrical materials.
b> Receiving and issuing the materials to all projects.
c> Follow up with supplier for prompt delivery of materials.
d> Reporting to Stores & inventory Manager, As well as Finance Head on weekly basis.
e> Co-ordination with all site’s storekeepers for requirements of materials.
f> Preparing documents by using Microsoft dynamics AX2012 software.
g> Preparing MRF, GRN, MTN, MIN. tracking the MRF arranging materials for all projects.
h> Preparing monthly Stock report, GRN report, Tools & machinery reports & submitting to stores & inventory Manager in excel format.
i> Consolidating all reports of whole projects in their format and reporting to Finance Head, Stores & Inventory manager & Procurement manager on weekly & monthly basis.
j> Preparing monthly & daily time sheets of my labors & staff who work in warehouse.
k> And I supervise 04 Asst store keepers & 15labours under me in warehouse.
l> Tagging and giving codes to materials as per ISO standards. And arranging the materials in rack system.
All daily receiving of materials, issuing to sites follow up with procurement department for materials as well follow up with suppiliers. daily inventory entry in Erp soft ware maintaing all records in order.
But i am still working in this company till date.
All materials receiving issuing follw up with purchase department maintaing all daily records, inward outward, stock registers, gate pass entry in erp software.
