•Testing and reporting of in house mobile brand - Four Mobiles.
• Troubleshoot / fault analysis down to component level of Handheld Mobile Devices such as Honeywell, Intermec, Datalogic, Microsoft, Nokia, Apple, Huawei, etc.
•Kaizen implementation and maintaining 5'S & ESD
•Responsible for the overall operations of the branch and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
•Receive, Diagnose and Repair of Cellular Telecommunication Handsets
•Fault analysis down to component level
•Maintain the TAT and service reports
•L3 service operation of NOKIA mobile phones under warranty.
•Attend training program from NOKIA Analyzing the reported problem of customer & find the solution.
•Ensure the quality of final product after servicing.
•Understanding ESD concepts & providing remedies to prevent that.
Good knowledge of different type of servicing equipment’s like Multi Meter, CRO, Spectrum
Analyzer, Digital Signal Oscilloscope & Network Analyzer.
