Responsible of the following: - Responsible for logging, diagnosing and supporting all incidents relating to IT software, hardware and PC peripherals and resolving hardware/software problems efficiently and proactively. - Daily Help Desk providing support to users in the use of windows desktops. - Installing and troubleshooting the school system “Oracle”. - Monitoring Active Directory on the school servers. - Solving any issues with Microsoft Office applications. - Installation of Computers, printers, wireless routers and access points. - Managing and organizing the shared folders and files on Windows 2008 Server. - Issuing ID Cards for the employees. - Sending E-Memos and E-Notifications to parents and staff throughout T.I.S Info Email Address. - Monitoring on the attendance system and devices. - Managing Email System (Office 365). - School E-library Managing and Technical Support ( Using Moodle ). - Provide support to Smart Board users. - Remote Control to all users using Domain Controllers. - Group Policy Editing. - Hardware Details Documentation. - Students Reports Cards System (Entering Data - Issuing Report Cards). -Working on a new school website ( Using Joomla ).
