Scope: Construction of 132/11 kV Substations and 400kV Station consisting of main building with basement, ground & first floors, Fire pump house, Power & Earthing Transformer compounds, Security room, Fire water tank, Boundary wall and external works which includes Fire Pipe trench, Drainage network, duct banks and pavement works.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Civil Construction. Managed subcontractors to perform their scope of works in line with design, customer procedure/requirement as per contract and in accordance with specifications and conditions
• Conducted regular site meetings with subcontractors to review site progress and track the availability of required material and resources.
• Cooperated with Project Planner on regular basis in order to track and monitor work progress, mitigate delays based on agreed construction schedule
• Monitored and assessed the performance of subcontractors and vendors and gave feedback appropriately. Contributed to the project evaluation during preparation of project closeout reports
• Ensured that site works are implemented in line with Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and quality procedures. Related documents are maintained
