Responsible for timely conduction of Quality Verification inspections and Special Inspection, TODO, Power Support Equipments, allied equipments, supply chain system and composite tool stores at Flight Lines, Phase Hanger, Up Grade Cell and Back Shops. Personal Evaluation (TE, SE, CMI, CSI, CMA) of Manpower deployed at Flight lines and other support section. Inspection and evaluation of ‘O’ & ‘I’ level maintenance of F-16, Mirage and F-7P Aircraft weapon system. Prepare reports when required. Develop schedule and direct auditing program. Reviews operating procedures, technical manuals, and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and audits, sequence of operations, and work assignments to assure all procedures are being done correctly. Ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment is recorded, tracked, and performed. Hold sensitive and confidential materials in strict confidence. Manage TOIP, UR/MDR and One Time Inspections Program. Monitoring for Detected Safety Violations and Tech Data Violations. Manage follow up inspections, Preparation of summaries and liaison with work centers.

As Maintenance planner Responsible for assembling aircraft work packages and scheduling workload based on resource requirements and availability. Ensure the ‘People, Parts, Planes and Paperwork’ are available to maintain the Maintenance Program. Coordinate with Operations Routing, Maintenance Control, Production, Engineering and Materials to efficiently complete required maintenance tasks. Coordinate parts and material and personnel requirements as required by aircraft maintenance schedules. Ensure all scheduled maintenance is completed as scheduled. Maintain controlled documents to ensure most recent revisions are issued. As a Maintenance Supervisor, Supervise Maintenance, Inspection, Operation and Removal/Installation of Avionics System installed on Mirage, A-5III and F-7P A/C. Reception and Inventory Check of newly Received Kit Items for Modification. Performance of Power ON Check as per Test Procedures. Preparation of aircraft for Post Installation Quality inspections, Check Flight and Technical documentation. Manpower deployment and work distribution to colleagues, acting as a Team Leader.
Member/ Technicians of Avionics maintenance team at Periodic (Hanger) Maintenance Flight and Flight Lines; performed inspections (Pre Flight, Thru Flight & QTA, Post Flight and other scheduled and unscheduled inspections), maintenance, rectification and Troubleshooting of Mirage, F-7P and Other aircraft, looms and avionics equipment at Flight Lines. Manage composite tool stores at flight lines.
