• Responsible for all sales activities in assigned regional market.
• Explore and expand the customer base.
• Updates the management on competitor activity.
• Negotiating and Reviewing tenders and contract terms to meet both client and company needs and prepare the offers.
• Calculate site loads.
• Advise the client to the best selection of units suitable for the factory.
• Follow-up the deals until the delivery of equipment and completion of the start-up at the client's site.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.
• Prepare a periodical report about the market needs, Demand and strategies to meet them in every meeting and reporting to regional manager.
• Prepare periodical reports on existing clients and Search new prospective clients who might benefit from company
products or services.
• Handle client's Objections and enquiries.
• Place the actual daily visits and on MANTRAC program.
• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and exercise necessary steps for telemarketing.

• Prepare and update on customer list, variety of status reports including daily sales report, quotation status report, lost
sales report, competitor activity report etc.
• Prepare action weekly plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales contracts.
• Prepare comparison report between the company's products and the competitor's products available in the market.
• Coordinate with other departments (Operational, administrative ) to accomplish the work required to close sales and make the products available in the market on the schedule time.
