IMMpower: is a Tool to Manage our Maintenance.
Maintenance Management System (MMS) Vision:

- Changing the activities, we perform This can be achieved using Immpower as the main tool
for holding and Providing information for the Integrated Operations Planning process
Maintenance and non-maintenance activities and includes material Requirements.
The objectives of IMMPOWER system is to be familiarized with the concepts of work order
management and Demonstration the ability to perform equipment, work order and parts
searches (using the EMA.34 program). Parts Bill of Materials can be identified from
associated Equipment Type Parts against the WOs. Non-stock and direct purchased items are
requested using the normal Materials Requisition
IMMpower data is downloaded with the help of IOP Tool, to create 14-day/90 day/2 Year
Plans in MS Project; IOP tool (integrated operation plan) is to link IMMpower with MS
Project using MS Access as a Catalyst.
This is a package program for Equipment Maintenance purpose; it has different profiles for
different level to operate. IMMpower consists of four modules that are
INQUIRY, TRANSACTIONS, DATABASE, and REPORTS.
We used tow type of report:
1. Business Objects Reporter is an integrated query, reporting and analysis tool, which is
part of the Business Objects.
2. Crystal Reports: Crystal Reports are used to gather all related Outstanding and
History, reporting, for the different trades from IMMpower.
