-Supports the HR Manager with the operational function to achieve the departmental and organizational objectives in line with the overall Strategy.
-Represents the HR operations professionally and partners with departments to achieve the goals.
-Ensures the implementation of quality and efficiency in delivering the HR services with continues development.
-Supervises the general HR Operations mainly in relevance to Employee Relations, ERP system implementation processes, compensation and benefits, Onboarding & Exit processes, Health insurance, document and data Controlling, disciplinary and grievances…etc.
-Maintains Human Resources Information System so as to provide accurate employee records that comply with all applicable general and local laws.
-Conducts investigations and submit recommendations and support in the administration of the disciplinary process.
-Handles employees' related queries, grievances on regular basis to ensure fairness and consistency in all HR related approaches.
-Collaborate to solve the employee’s related issues.
-Recommends improvements to existing policies, procedures and systems, wherever appropriate.
-Maintains and ensures adherence and compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
-Interacts with the PR to administer new employees' employment-related matters.
-Develops a robust working relationship with other departments and all employees.

• Provides guidance, expertise and technical support to human resource software system users; acts as liaison for problem management, resolves system issues and addresses user issues; gathers information from users and recommends best practice methods to utilize software effectively; runs test scenarios to confirm the system provides the necessary functionality.
• Utilizes the HRIS and query tool to generate statistical reports; participates in the development of standard reports for ongoing user needs.
• Prepares C&B budget and manpower plan for annual business planning exercise.

• Own the objective setting and appraisal process from a system stand point.
• Ensure completion of performance appraisal within defined timelines.
• Represent Agthia with external agencies for annual compensation benchmarking & related surveys.
• Issue & renew contracts at Grade 9 and above.
• Issue & renew contracts for HO staff.
• Project manage the effective implementation of any automated system as defined by the management team from time to time.
• Prepare Agthia-wide and HO-wide communication as required from time to time
1- Compensations and Benefits in terms of payroll.
2- Medical Insurance in terms of (Issuing, canceling, processing claims and ad-hoc communications).
3- Preparing and organize the manpower for the company to be handled by the recruitment team.
4- Establishing new Time Attendance system linked with payroll in terms of OT and deduction.
5- Preparing the organization charts for the company for over 600 employees.
6- Preparing Charts and ad-hoc reports in every HR function.
7- Handling all the processes of the PDR every year in terms arranging between the supervisor and the employee of the department as well as handling it electronically.
8- Preparing all the Job description for all employees.
9- Airfare amount payment for all the employees each in coordination with our travel agent.
