• Develop and monitor annual manpower budgets and manpower plans in accordance with HAAD strategic plan
• Coordinate with all HAAD Departments / Divisions to identify job vacancies or potential, future job vacancies and refer to the Succession Planning Framework prescribed by HAAD in order to screen and identify candidates to fulfill vacancies (In coordination with Section Head - HR)
• Analyze the urgency and priority of positions to be filled according to the requirements of HAAD Departments / Divisions
• Develop standard templates to advertise for HAAD recruitment needs and coordinate with newspaper agencies;
• Coordinate with Division Directors/ Section Heads in posting selection criteria for candidates and ensure they are in line with the existing job descriptions along with civil service law requirements
• Provide input to the Section Head - HR in deciding on appropriate recruitment channels for the vacant positions based on cost benefit analysis and urgency of the position;
