-Supervised full scale work-over operations on low/medium risk wells; repairs of PCP pumps, Beam pumps, ESP’s, re-completion of wells as water injectors, fishing ops, stimulation jobs, perforation (TCP, E-line), stimulation jobs, wireline logging, with over 20 company and contractor staff.

- Lead safety on site by setting clear expectation with all contractors, being visible and providing boots on deck supervision, achieved over 369 Goal zero days on hoist, regularly raising awareness on site via super Wednesday HSE meetings, reporting NM and the learning flash cards, awarding good behaviors as part of PDO’s Solooki program.

- Ensured Well control and process safety PDO standards are applied and adhered to on site, zero barrier events through rigorous and proactive drills, thorough BOP pressure tests, kick drills, and H2S drills on site, and zero tolerance for invalid H2S or IWCF certification on site.

- Led a performance focused drive, by tracking work-over operations, detail recording and analysis of NPT, as well as maintaining Hoist dashboard records weekly and monthly. Achieved less than 2% YTD NPT.

- Cost leadership of contractors, material and equipment, by good planning and management of high cost contractors and equipment. Safely and consistently delivered wells under planned time and AFE.

- Assisted on ESP PILOT LEAN PROJECT to reduce the time of the ESP deployment by being the primary supervisor of the implementation on site (saving more than 14 hrs per ESP run)

- Primary Supervisor for the team carrying out JFE well maintenance (WITS/SITS) and any interventions.

- Supervised wellhead integrity solution for 7 heater wells which have more than 40% H2S and more than 25 bars.

- In charge of HSSE leadership on site, leading TBTs and awarding good behaviors as part of JOSCo Stop Card System.

- Maintained GZD of PC008 (Operational Well Containment) Campaign.

- Supervised Wellhead epoxy resins wrapping operation in order to improve wells integrity (WTR UK).

- Assisted in defining the scope and requirements for well intervention in case it was necessary.

- Supervised converting operations (e.g. convert one of the JFE observer wells to a producer well).

- Supervised Completion operations utilizing unconventional tools with over 25 company and contractors staff at any
given time.

- Ensure quality control KPI’s of contractors and data acquisition.

- Monitored all safe practices including defensive and desert driving techniques, use of the appropriate personal protection equipment, maintenance of all safety compliance certificates and licenses, and address all safety hazards with management.

- Maintained GZD of the Completion Campaign, with 0.0 RTC, 0.0 MTC, 0.0 FAC, 0.0 LTI during the Campaign

- Supervised Heaters and coiled tubing deployment (Contractor: Gasmer) using Snubbing units.

- Supervised the installation of surface setup of the Beam Pump (Contractor: Weatherford).

- Supervised the intervention ops of changing 1 X completion string and 1 X failed Heater.

- Successfully delivered the handover documents of JFE wells to Operations team at the end of the completion campaign.

- Supervised barriers (WITS/SITS) and documentations as per the completion program and the barrier diagram.

- In charge of performance tracking and monitoring of completion operations, and ensuring that any NPT is recorded, and analyzed, as well as preparing and submitting operation report and all safety paperwork on daily basis.

- Prepared and supervised the Mock-Up of the completion campaign which was intended to simulate the completion operation on site to optimize time-saving and prevent any unexpected NPT during the actual campaign.

- Prepared MOCs whenever required especially for SIMOPS operations.

- Prepared plan/storage area map and supervised mobilizing completion components and tools from the main yard to the well site.

- Developed completions plans for JFE wells in accordance with the overall project plans.

- Prepared for the execution of JFE completions, e.g. planning, design, and programming.

- Participated in JFE Complete Wells on Paper (CWOP) workshop in Rifle, Colorado-USA Mar 2013, which was considered as the kick off point of the completion planning phase.

- Witnessed East RD&D Completion operation (Colorado, USA).

- Participated in preparing P90, P50, and P10 plans to reduce NPT and cost.

- Monitored, supervised and supported Well Evaluation Team (Hydrogeology).

- Assigned as ‘’focal point of communication’’ for Well Evaluation Team operations.

- Contract management for third party contractors (Contract Holder for Packers and Bridge Plugs).

- Ensured proper storage and inventory for Completion equipment.

- In charge of the overall wellbore testing operations including management of Hydrogeology crew with over 16 contractors and employees on site at any given time.

- Successfully delivered hydrogeology high quality data for more than 50 wells.

- Successfully planed and implemented (from A to Z) moving from 12 hr ops to 24 hr ops at Hydro site, by participating in the interviews with the new employees, providing supervision and on-the-job training for new staff.

- Provided prompt data (pneumatic tests, Air injection tests, pumping tests) using all available quality assurance, verification and calibration techniques.

- Worked with different BHA setup, Multi inflatable packers (tandem), different sizes of ESP pumps, different testing substances (N2, Water) and different Pressure transducers.

- Conducted ongoing yearly performance reviews.

- Maintained GZD (more than 730 GZD) by being responsible of HSSE leadership on site; leading by example, reporting NM and the learning flash cards.

- Participated in equipment procurement and technical specifications selection for submersible pumps, packers, tubing, etc.

- Enrolled in Wells development program DLP RI/RII for CWI Engineering.

- First hand exposure to drilling equipment, operations on a rig site, spudding, RIH of casing, cementing of casing, bit selection, dull grading of bits, among other ops.

- Assisted in Collection of sample cuttings, optimization of ROP and rig moves.

- Participated in daily Job safety analysis meetings, and toolbox talks, and frequently led them.

- Assisted ROSE (Rig oil Shale Engineer) in reporting and paperwork.

- Supervised on-land geotechnical operations including; drilling, sampling, and testing.

- Data logging and data management: receiving and handling of geological samples and related drilling reports and ensuring that all samples are accurately logged in a proper sequence and well identified.

- Prepared detailed documentation of accurate geological description of drilled and sampled materials.

- Alerting the client on potential problems relating to the site and also coordinating with the staff for better and effective client service.
