Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous running of equipment and machinery oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.
• Strategize on maintenance work instruction and methods & Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment’s.
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
• Oversee and control maintenance costs & Estimate costs on equipment, systems and structures repair or replacement.
• Monitor the progress of the O&M activities and ensure they are implemented as per the specifications, plans, time schedules and quality standards.
• Collaboration with production department to plan the maintenance activities according to the needs and development of the work.
• Keep updating and archiving the follow up and progress data in an organized way to be used a reference and to be analyzed in addition to monitor the activities’ indicators.
• Prepare the BOQ and Purchase requests for the materials and tools needed for the work with full detailed specifications, and submit them to the log. Department.
• Support in factory development, planning and execution.
• Prepare technical drawings (shop and "as built" drawings) for the ongoing or proposed projects/activities.
• Lead, Monitor, evaluate and provide sufficient technical resources to the team.
• Reporting, including Activity Progress, quality plan implementation and factory updates and needs.
• Prepares monitoring and reporting information for supervisor on agreed performance indicators to drive more efficient management and accountability for results.
• Attend different meetings with the suppliers (Local & International), and report back the updates OM.
• Monitor the safety of people and machines.
• Supervise the water and wastewater activities for the factory infrastructure.
Contribute to deliberations on strategy and the positioning of the WASH Department.
• Taking connaissance of transversal problems associated with WASH initiatives
(Gender issues, Disaster Management, Environment, Disabilities etc.).
• Identify the presence and the strategic orientations of other partners in the field with a
view to improving coordination and effective working.
• Set up, implement and report on WASH projects.
• Identifying and implementing safety measures for both the teams and the wider
population (building sites, community-based sites …).
• Engage in the planning of needs and resources with the Logistic and Finance
Departments and budget follow up.
• Prepare reports for funding agencies (intermediate and final) and reports for the
information of regulatory authorities.
• Identify risks in consultation with the support departments concerned.
• Ensure the productivity and high quality of the sub-contractors activities and ensure
that performs to the approved schedule, specification and standards.
• Contribute to the quality, accountability and impact measurement process of the
programs.
• Ensures the quality of the construction related design, planning and tender
documents.
• Ensure the safety measures and procedures at the work place and implement
them as well. (JHA, Method of statement, Work plan .. ).
Responsible for the solid waste management and WASH projects.
• overseeing resources and logistical requirement for the implementation.
• Lead the strategic development of the solid waste management in the camp.
• Performance and quality oversight of the team to ensure that standards and indicator
are being met.
• Responsible for attending the meetings (Partner, Donor, stockholders, camp
management, INGO, NGO coordination meeting, joint-team meeting, …. ), and
contribute to the liaison with other programs.
• Ongoing monitoring and on-site training of staff to ensure continuous
improvement.
• Follow up with the financial department for budget, BFU.
• Responsible for collecting and compiling daily/weekly/monthly monitoring data,
internal and external/donor reports.
• Ensures the quality of the construction related design, planning and tender
documents.
• Ensure the safety measures and procedures at the work place and implement
them as well. (JHA, Method of statement, Work plan .. ).
Coordinate the monitoring of wastewater and water operation activities in Azraq
and Zaatari camp.
• Follow up all the operation activities on the water treatment plant.
• Supervise the Pumping activities from the sub-station to the treatment plant.
• Maintain a database of the wastewater quantities dislodged from the camp
showing daily, monthly and yearly quantities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders pertaining to issues related to wash operations in
• Za’atari/Azraq camps, in coordination with the Field Monitoring Team.
• Follow up and respond to desludging/water supply operational issues to ensure
the smooth implementation of UNICEF’s activities in Za’atari/Azraq Camps.
• Coordinate with UNICEF network partners to ensure the Zaatari waste water
treatment plant has enough space to proceed with both operations, trucking
and network pumping in a timely manner.
• Plan a roaming patrol deployment based on the challenges identified through
water
• Compile water monitoring reports for the water boreholes in the camp.
Supervision on the all construction work related on piping.
• Supervising on the pressure lines testing, Test Pack Follow up (Air test, Hydro test,
and visual test, Schedule and curves reporting).
• Supervision on the Installation, testing, commissioning of (CS, SDSS, DSS, SS A312
T304-316L, PVC, GRP, HDPE and HDG PIPES).
• Follow up pipe support, pumps and structural supports installation.
• Materials reception quantity survey and doing general inspection to ensure
compliance with international specifications ASMI, ANSI, DIN.
• Allocation of material, man power and equipment for daily work activities
• Pickling and passivation follow up for stainless steel and super duplex ss pipes.
• Knowledge about welding skills WPS for (CS, SS, Alloy materials, HDPE, GRP) and
welding parameter to verify and mandatories aspect to control.
• Provide assistance in Pre-Mechanical Completion activities (booster pump, control
valves).

Responsibilities:
• Supervision on the all construction work related on piping.
• Supervising on the pressure lines testing, Test Pack Follow up (Air test, Hydro test,
and visual test, Schedule and curves reporting.
• Supervision on the Installation, testing, commissioning of (CS, SS A312 T304-316L,
PVC, GRP, HDPE and HDG PIPES).
• Materials reception quantity survey and doing general inspection to ensure
compliance with international specifications.
• Responsible of organize, execution of piping fabrication and erection works.
• Allocation of material, man power and equipment for daily work activities
• Monitoring our Partner Construction Morganti CCC on all piping installation,
modification and completion activities.
• Ensure the safety measures and procedures at the work place and implement them as
well. (JHA, Method of statement, Work plan .. ).
• Responsible of pressure testing activities for piping system
