Duties
o Responsible for follow all IT helpdesk management system
tickets using ServiceDesk Plus ManageEngine, resolving
tickets according to priority and escalate them when needed.
o Responsible for all hardware and software maintenance and
providing the required guidance to ensure the safety of
operation.
o Set up/Install/Update computers, devices and other
communications (e.g., OS, installing programs, Licenses, IP
printers and phones) to meet needs of end-users.
o Management, monitoring and installation of network,
information technology systems, servers, storage devices,
network printers, switches, data security, firewalls,
telecommunication devices, operating systems, peripheral
equipment, risk analysis and improvement of information
security.
o Monitoring and management of ICT software and
hardware assets and keeping updated list of ICT assets.
o Contribute to the improvement of short-term, medium-term
and long-term developmental plans for IT infrastructure in
the organization, and periodically submit technical solutions,
proposals recommendations and purchasing plans in reports
to the line manager in order to meet the needs of end-users
and to develop IT unit.
o Providing periodic trainings for end-users (e.g., office
