for more than 5 years now, I hold the position of HR administrative assistant at DEP ELTARF(direction des equipements publics Eltarf).
-Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
-Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
-Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
-Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
my work at ETUHP MENANI is to make sure that all locations obtain the needed material to proceed works in different situation and phases .the company work on pipe line since 1995 with a great experience in contruction and civil engineering.I took care also tothe different cars, trucks and engines of the company ie to provide spare parts and others .....
for more than 5 years i worked as a warehouse manager
in COJAAL .I in-charge about every thing related to the warehouse (needs, recommendations, purchase, and distributions for different locations).it was about construction materials and tools (scaffolding, framework, form work, cement, ....etc)
Master's degree in Teaching English As a Foreign Language It took me three (5) years to graduate (2013-2018).
