I have also been involved in applications escalations and coordinating communications between database administrators, application owners, and support teams.In addition, I have supported Credit Suisse IT Infrastructure as per ITIL high standards which included hundreds of applications including: Microsoft Office 2000 and 2003, Mainframe applications such as TSO, CICS, Merva, NTPA, Wallstreet, Adobe suite, and Remote access applications such as Nokia and Cisco VPN.
