Senior Civil Engineer at AYESA consulting company
my duties are and not limited the below:
1- review the documents and materials.
2- Review the contractor invoice.
3- supervision the work and insure its done as per specification and drawings.
4- Acting as construction manager and supervisor for 7 engineers.
5- help contractor to finish the work as per plan time.
6- Raise NCRs and SOs if the work didn't done as per specification and critical issues.
7- send letters for contractor whenever its need.
8- Review the work inspection and material inspection.
9- attend the meetings with client and update him regarding the works.
I am working in Concrete center support (Facilities support department) as a concrete coordinator engineer in BACS Consortium for all site in Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), the project have 85 stations, Viaduct Spans & depots.
my work is
1-coordinator between suppliers (Saudi Ready Mix (SRM), Al Falwa Ready Mix & BACS plant) to apply concrete and support sites in project for concrete work.
2- coordinate between Sites in project and provide plan to apply concrete on all sites in project without delay, we are take plan(weeks look ahead & 6 months look ahead) from delivery group and try to make the best plan to apply concrete regarding the plan.
3- account the quantities for all sites in project and each delivery group (Deep under ground, elevated stations ... etc.).
4- do trial mix for special concrete requested from sites and making approved from QC management to be ready for sites.

I am working in Riyadh Metro Project (RMP) is the greatest project in Kingdom Saudi Arabia (KSA).
I am working in Elevated stations departments in stations delivery group as a site engineer in four stations (1J2 station, 1G2 station, 1G1 station & 1H2 Station).
The elevated stations consisting of basement boxes, Mezzanine floor & Platform floor.
my work in department / station as the following:
1- check all drawing in site (IFC drawing, Field Sketch, Shop drawing ... etc.).
2- check the working in site it as drawings with safely procedure and good quality.
3- check the materials requested for site if it approved or no as a specifications.
4- coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumping) department to the work without double work from civil department and MEP departments.
5- request materials need it for station and double check if it as specification or no.
6- check the surveyor points in site by surveyor and drawings and make SWR (Survey work request)
7- make WIR (Work Inspection Request) for consultant (RMTC) to check the elements in site before do next step in work.
8- make good plan for station what is first priority requested in site to keep good progress (daily plan, weekly plan, 3 weeks look ahead plan & 6 months look ahead plan).
9- I was working in night shift approximately 8 months alone and I am looking for 3 stations progress, when I was working in night shift I coordinate with concrete suppliers, traffic management department and sites to apply concrete.
10- In Civil details in station: A) I was supervisor of concrete, scaffold, shuttering, carpentry work and steel work.
B) I was supervisor of subcontractor in site ( Star builders, SAVETO, CRETEC.. etc.)
C) I was supervisor of finishing work (Only block work and plastering)
Civil Site engineer in Rest village project in Aqaba (360 KM south of Amman)
I was working as site engineer and responsible of two towers in rest village with another sr. site engineer
Working as a trainee in Special Projects Department, which is one of the important departments in GAM.
Grade : Good. I took several courses according to my study plan such as concrete and its lab, structure, highway & pavement, steel structure, survaying, Environmental engineer, remote sensing, numerical engineer, field techniques, engineering geology. My Graduate Research with Title “account quantities & cost project”.
