Facilities will include a huge ballroom, meeting and conference facilities and a range of bars and restaurants. A rooftop pool and a two-storey bespoke health club and spa will also be developed.

 Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals.
 Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues.
 Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
 Managing budgets and other project resources.
 Managing change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.
 Reviewing and approving project drawings.
 Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordination and cooperation with the construction manager, in assembling and controlling the required manpower, equipment, materials and tools required to complete the project.
 Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with specifications and quality requirements, and provides technical advice to resolve problems.
 Co-coordinating on a daily basis with all involved parties on various outstanding issues.
 Undertaking safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to Health Safety and the Environment (HSE) are adhered to.
 Raised Request for Information and Technical Proposal Submittal for various site related issues and getting approval for the same to ensure works are not delayed at Site.
 Placed the roles and responsibility to the staff members based on the project requirements.
 Developing daily look ahead for the site team based on the weekly and monthly look ahead agreed with the construction manager to meet the set deadlines and the overall progress.
