The project : Al-Salam Royal Palace in Jeddah-KSA
Project Budget: 280 Million SR
I am working as a head of HSE department from December 2019
till now,
The system of work in the site is based on the KPI system and
since I came the KPI was 83% and now it is 96%, I have been
updated all HSE plans and checklist forms based on OSHA and
KSA standard.
Monitor and follow up for Fire Fighting systems like:
1- Fire Alarm System
2- Ansul System in Kitchens
3- Fire Sprinklers System and Zona Control Valves
4- Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Cabinet and Fire pumps
FIRST - Neom in Sharma-KSA
Project Budget: 1.2 Billion SR
I have been worked as a Safety Manger on this project for
7 month from February 2018 to August 2018.
My core responsibilities were:
1- Supervision and follow-up the work on-site according to OSHA
2- Ensure all ministry visits on the project (Access for all site, Explain
progress, visual signboards and meeting with visitors)
SECOND - King Abdul Aziz Int’l Airport in Jeddah-KSA
Project Budget: 40 Billion SR
I have been worked as a General Technical Engineer from
August 2018 till November 2019 in Safety department.
My Duty was :
- Check all over the work in the site according to the OSHA Standards
and issued Safety site inspection in some cases. also, Make Daily,
Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Weekly inspection with HSE and QC teams from consultant to closeout
most of SSI & NCR reports.
Follow up all warehouses of Binladin (SBG & Subcons) 70 stores,
to ensure all safety requirements has been implemented in a stores.
Project: Irbid Chamber of Industry in Irbid-Jordan
Project Budget 120K JOD
Worked as Supervisor Civil Engineer with responsibilities of :
- Reviewed bills and quantity to give approval for contractor
- Supervision and follow-up all work (Steel works, Pour Concrete, Frameworks and Blocks).
Project: General Maintenance in different departments belongs to
Dubai police:
- Dept. of Anti-infiltrators in Horn. Al-Anz Dubai.
- General Dept. of Criminal Investigation in a Al-Qiyadah metro station.
- General Dept. of Airport Security in a Rashidiya Police Station.
Project Budget 1.2 Million AED
My Responsibilities: As Project Engineer
- Supervision and follow-up All works (Blocks, plastering, Electrical, Mechanical, Painting, Tiles, Doors and Windows) on site.
- Quantity surveyor and monthly payment certificate report.
- Weekly and monthly report.
Project: Finishing for private villas in Irbid - Jordan
Project Budget 22K JOD
My responsibilities as a Technical Engineer:
- Supervision and follow-up all work on-site like (Painting, Gypsum, Tiles, Fireplace, Doors and Windows).
- Structural design for residential Buildings using (ETABS, SAFE, Prokon) programs.
Civil engineering in general include Construction Engineering Transportation Engineering Water and Environmental Engineering Geotechnical Engineering Graduation Project Supplement of Ring Road in Irbid from Kufr Yuba to Sawm Al-Shunnaq and total length 8.5 km: - Highway Route Alignment. - Capacity Analysis. - Design of Horizontal Curve. - Design of Vertical Curve. - Design Climbing lane. - Design Of Super Elevation. - Compute Volume and Draw Mass Haul Diagram. - Design of Culvert and Side Ditch. - Design Intersection and Interchange. - Traffic Signal. - Pavement Design. - Cost Analysis project. This Project was Designed Manually then it was re-Designed on AutoCAD Civil 3D by me, under supervision of Prof. Mohammad T. Obaidat (former Minister of Public work and housing)
