Working as Administrative Attaché at Embassy of France in Pakistan since 2010, where I am responsible for managing activities related to operations, administration, human resource, procurement, inter and external liaison and logistics. This job requires strong interpersonal abilities with capability to delegate work, forward-planning, communication, administrative, and problem-solving expertise.
My skills and abilities have enhanced to a level where I can effectively operate in difficult situations and manage difficult people. Experience of working in a situation where you have a key role of managing various activities and people in a multinational environment is incredibly demanding because there are differences in how they communicate, make decisions, act toward authority and approach conflict. Nonetheless this develops an effective management approach which is beneficial for everybody.
Every good manager has his own method of management; my management philosophy is based on “be fair be simple”. Management is fluid by nature, both the problem and the solution are likely to evolve over time, solving the problem quickly is often more important than creating a sustainable solution.
