Duties& Responsibilities:
Apply principles of all accounting procedures to analyze financial information and prepare necessary reports by compiling information. Prepare profit & loss statements by using the professional control procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
• prepare profit & loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Summary of activities of all branches monthly.
• Prepare annual financial statements before the audit
• Compile and analyze financial information to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and documents business transactions.
• Establish maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control.
• Consumption of fixed assets.
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate control procedures.
• Responsible in monitoring and collection of overdue accounts from the clients.
• Responsible in monitoring and conducting physical inventory in the warehouse stocks.
• Follow-up the remaining quantities and the amounts of the remaining tenders.
• Issue orders to Clients and sales invoices.
• Control the order of international and local.
• Conformity statement of account customers, suppliers and creditors
• Entering miscellaneous expenditure invoices: petty cash and others
• Reconcile bank account monthly
• Responsible of processing and renewing lqama, exit\re entry visa of the staff.
