I receive IT Related issue from user on call/mails and provide them the appropriate solutions.
Log ticket on BMC Remedy and assign to concerned team.
Act as EUC to resolve IT related issues on floor.
Managing and completing project in the given deadline, Provide Technical Support to client on Outlook Configuration, Establishing Client Hardware/Software requirements, Quote them, Once PO is received, Contact the Supplier and coordinate with them for delivery of material at client end.
