Follow up work by :
1 - Daily visits sheet for all engineers .
2 - Job sheet for each visit for each engineer .
3 - Weekly Invoices Report for each engineer .
4 - Weekly Spare Parts Report for each engineer
( used and need ) .
5 - Monthly Report for each engineer
( visits & repair machine & complaints ) .
Follow up costumers :
1- Contact with each customer weekly .
2 - Complain sheet for each customer complain .
3 - Follow up sheet to solve the complain .
4 - Measured MTTR factor ( main time to repair )
This is the time between failure and repair it .
5 - Measured MTBF factor ( main time between
Failure ) This is the time between tow failure .
For Sales :
Follow up my store :
1 - Check my stock for each product .
2 - Check cost and profit for each product .
Follow up costumers :
1 - Surveying market needs .
2 - Weekly report from each engineer for each
Costumer needs of each product .
3 - Weekly report from each engineer for each

4 - Follow up order sheet from each costumer .
5 - Weekly report from each engineer for his
Order sheets for all costumer .
6 - Report for each order sheet about its progress
