4 - Weekly Spare Parts Report for each engineer
( used and need ) .
5 - Monthly Report for each engineer
( visits & repair machine & complaints ) .
Follow up costumers :
1- Contact with each customer weekly .
2 - Complain sheet for each customer complain .
3 - Follow up sheet to solve the complain .
4 - Measured MTTR factor ( main time to repair )
This is the time between failure and repair it .
