In charge of the Engineering Technical Office to execute technical modifications on production lines and installations of new factories and production lines across all factories in Arma group

• Audit production lines performance and efficiency to implement KAIZEN, LEAN manufacturing improvements for high efficiency with 6 Sigma standards and maximizing running cost saving
• Supervise engineering works and coordinate with Quality & R&D departments to ensure production meeting specifications with 6 sigma standards and strictly applying HACCP, ISO, and FSSC guardrails
• Monitor operations including production planning, preventive maintenance, CIL, breakdowns, running cost, & spare parts consumption
• Design new projects layouts with detailed P&ID with all mechanical related works in coordination with OEM suppliers and update engineering drawings for factories layout, product piping lines, steam systems, compressed air systems, high & low voltage cabling, data networks, and plumbing works
