- Product mix has been provided to select products to minimize setting time .

- Hold cables ( L.T+ H.T + M. T)on the shop flow must be loading on a new job orders

- Oracle program has been provide to know all material needed for manufacturing and in process cable follow up

- Making data base concerning production and quality control.

- Raising weekly report about non standard length for any type of cable and make corrective action for reasons of that problem and traceability has been done

- Raising daily report for work in process' WIP' for all cable on shop floor

Working as (HSE) engineer at TIMSAH Ship Yard
• Make( Audit IMECA 149), on these Units (Tim Barge, Tim hope, Tim Sumid). With GUPCO Audit team.
• Preparing equipment of environment antipollution system.
• Preparing equipment of fire fighting (Fixed CO2 fire fighting system - Sprinkler system piping)..
• Checking and renewal all lifting equipments certificates in coordination with TETRALIFT Company.

Offshore works:
• Job title : Safety(H.S.E) engineer on floating workshop "TIM-BARGE"
