• Build the product line activity list to achieve the purchasing targets and ensure achieve it.
• Build with purchasing director purchasing strategy of the group
• Release & secure the expected yearly price (budget) and review it monthly.
• Work on enhance the payment condition to match with company rules.
• Support our QC & QA in order to improve our business
• Strategic thinking to Maintain department targets.
• Sourcing to assure the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
• Forecasting price trends and their impact on budget & future activities.
• Review row material trend using LME to absorb any increase or take a chance in saving due to material decrease.
• Scouting for new suppliers to keep competition between suppliers to get saving.
• Localization to avoid currency impact.
• Control purchasing department budgets.
• Check purchase order claims and contracts to follow company policy.
• Problem solving & decision making by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.
• Follow up with our logistic and clearance team the material over head in order to follow the delivery and landed cost.
• Make the strategic plan to qualify new suppliers to get the excellent approved supplier list.
• Projects building up of new product to commit time plan.
• Use Oracle system with full process in purchasing.
