Actively participates in and contributes to the development and implementation of Ashgha’s corporate communication strategies under PR department leadership
Driving standardized approach to corporate communications requirements through resources, scalable tools, operations, and processes.
Developing clear and direct collateral to help leaders, stakeholders, and partners support the short & long terms objectives. (Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Private Engineering Office, MME, MoTC..etc.)
Managing an integrated communications calendar, production schedules, and other project management activities.
Updating and deploying foundational collateral such as communication playbooks and messaging templates.
Leading and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are appropriately comprehensive and effectively integrated with the overall business, technology, and people strategies.
accountable for the centralization and implementation of all of Ashghal communication materials internally and externally locally, and internationally, through content development and review of all of Ashghal’ s content (website, social media platforms, press releases, internal circulars, road closure announcements, projects brochures, radio and television scripts, videos, press kits, newsletters, etc.)
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that that aim to enhance communication and to achieve its strategic and business objectives in becoming a more customer centric entity and build brand awareness.
Prepare all the presentation and progress reports to the President’s Office.
Coordinate with the project affairs-CRM team to resolve critical media complaints in a timely manner.

Acting as change management lead handling the transformation of all financial government units reporting to MOF and an effective utilization of these financial units to new GFMIS systems. My role is to focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
