• Achieved a successful restructuring that resulted to a 60% cut of the operational cost, improved productivity; eliminated redundant processes.

• Designed and quickly implemented a trading and risk management Co-location to serve DGCX broker members on SaaS model. Acquired three new accounts before the project go live.

Responsibilities: Relocated to Bahrain Financial Exchange (BFX), a multi asset exchange powered by financial Technologies Group, for a short-term mission work to:
- Contribute in setting up a financial training academy that belongs to the exchange.
- Transfer my financial technologies knowledge to the academy employees.
- Participate in business development and conduct training courses about derivatives trading.

• Contributed in designing training courses and the yearly courses calendar.
• Studied the market needs and defined the attractive courses that rapidly moved up the business.

- Appointed to utilize my financial capital market background, derivatives knowledge and brokerage experience to professionally promote FT end-to-end brokerage solutions to the stock and commodities brokerage houses and banks in the GCC region.

• Spread the capital market basics knowledge among FTME technical and support teams.
• Arabized the FT trading module and proofread the Arabic translation of all training manuals and booklets as per the common standard Arabic technical and financial jargon.

• Personally supported one of our major accounts (Multi National Company based in Riyadh) attended the implementation of OMS solution for broking in Saudi Stock Exchange till achieving the successful go live. During the whole project, I successfully performed different duties and roles such as mediator, coordinator, support, trainer, quality assurance monitor and project tracker.
• Collected relevant business information related to brokerage industry & products which was the backbone of developing a new trading software named ‘’ZEUS’’.

- Train the dealers of the exchange members who to trade on trader work station (TWS).
- Brand DGCX by visiting and meeting the senior management of the largest financial institutions such as investment banks, brokerage houses and investment groups in UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
Achievements:
• Conducted training seminars locally and internationally to investors about commodities futures and options for over 500 individuals which resulted to growth in trading volume in DGCX.
• Delivered training programs and workshops in commodities and currencies derivatives for broker members of DGCX. Trained their dealers how to deal with the DGCX trader work station.
• Conducted a training seminar in partnership with Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (ESCA) about investment diversification and risk management for over 90 professionals from banks, finance houses, brokerage houses and investors.
• Contributed with Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC) in spreading awareness about the world’s first steel futures contract, meeting the seniors of the steel community such as Sabic, Altuwairqi, Qatar steel, Emirates Steel and promoting the first ever steel risk management tool.
• Represented DGCX in the Second Rebar and Galvanized Steel conference 2007, Istanbul.
• Translated into Arabic all DGCX training materials and the daily/weekly Market pulse to be published accordingly which attracted Arabs investor to come on board and invest.
• Delivered lectures about commodities futures and options in Arabic to post graduate students in 10 universities in UAE, building the image of DGCX among the near future traders.
Responsibilities:
- Fully accountable for stock broking on behalf of Essham Securities’ individual and institutional clients, placing electronic orders in Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and maintaining the relationship.
- Lead and develop the newly established commodities brokerage division in DGCX.

• Increased trading volumes of the existing clients by an average of 3% MoM and on target to achieve over 35% volume growth by year end.
• Dealt directly with customers on one-to-on basis to identify and rectify problems.
• Dealt with DGCX and contributed in fulfilling the procedures to get the clearing and trading membership on DGCX.
• Cultivated and trained the broking, sales and customer service teams about the newly established commodities brokerage service in DGCX exchange.
