• Completing recruitment lifecycle including headhunting, applicant evaluation, interviewing, selection, offering, hiring & orientation
• Working with higher management on annual budget, cash flows, consultants’ headcount and leave plans
• Performing presales activities such as demos, high level requirements gathering, analyzing prospects existing IT infrastructure and software
• Responding to RFPs, RFQs and reviewing contracts
Project Management
Handling Project Management & Change management activities including but not limited to:
• Conducting feasibility studies for undertaking new business critical projects
• Create project charter and identify key stakeholders
• Developing project plans, work breakdown structures, communication plans, resource & task scheduling
• Conducting Kick-off, milestone sign-off, Go-Live and RAG project status meetings and presentations
