Responsible for the planning, design, optimization maintenance, measurement and reporting of our clients websites, ecommerce, social media, click-to-customer-service, and demand generation programs to increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, improve customer service, increase ecommerce and offline sales . Provide influential leadership to digital marketing department team, IT, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Executive team members, as well as outside agencies and vendors, in order to achieve this objective.
▪ Provide the best e-commerce solutions, online payments & payments gateway online & Social Marketing, Mobile applications to clients for growing their brands. Also giving the tools, features, and reliable platform to drive traffic and increase sales. B2B, B2C, C2C, Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Ads and SEO.
▪ Overseeing the development and enhancement of systems and integrating new systems with those existing.
▪ Developing standard operating procedures allied to best practice, and ensuring written protocols and guidelines are provided for it staff and all end-users.
▪ Providing support services to meet organisational requirements.

▪ Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile, SEM and SEO

▪ Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an IT Support Service to University Faculties, Schools and Departments. Monitoring and reporting on service requirements, they will assist in developing the IT Support Service, whilst nurturing positive relationships with the customer-base and staff within the Computing Services Department.
▪ Provide professional leadership and operational management to the team, taking responsibility for the management and development of the team, implementing service standards and developing common systems and processes based on industry best practice.
▪ Ensure that the IT Support Service is efficient, effective and can adapt to changing circumstances.
▪ Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures and ensure that documentation of the supported components is available and in an appropriate form for those providing support.
▪ Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services ensuring that such problems are fully documented within relevant system(s).
▪ Manage information technology and computer systems.
▪ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
▪ Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
▪ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
▪ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
▪ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
▪ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
▪ Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
▪ Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
▪ Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

▪ Researching, designing and writing new software programs

▪ Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
▪ Integrating existing software products and getting incompatible platforms to work together
▪ Writing and testing code and then refining and rewriting as necessary and writing operational documentation with technical authors.
▪ Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects and working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts and sales and marketing professionals
▪ Consulting clients and colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems
