Setting up department strategy, develop objectives for each section and aligning department objectives with overall company objectives, and ensure deliverables are met. Develop project charters for all department projects. Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for client and company. Direct main phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project.

Develop the setup for handling, negotiating, implementing and modifying Service Vendors contracts. Manage Service Vendors portfolio, implement process for evaluating Service Vendors performance and VRM (Vendor Relationship Management) strategy. Develop the company’s Profit Improvement Plan. Responsible for the Topside vendors’ category. Handle the SRM for the hoses vendors. Create spend visibility for entire Topside category. Achieve the team savings of 10.4 million USD. Work with New buildings and Strategic Sourcing in excellence process for early engagement in projects. Supervise the team student assistant (trainee). Work in cooperation with QMS team to develop the new audit process.
Perform market analysis and surveys for multiple items in local and foreign markets. Establish and meet cost savings targets, by preparing reports and price analysis. Identify sourcing opportunities for savings. Negotiate, implement and modify Purchasing Contracts / Frame Agreements & Consignment Agreements. Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Vendors Risk Management (VRM) for local and foreign vendors. Sourcing for the entire Purchasing section, finding new market areas and bringing on new vendors in local and foreign markets. Manage suppliers’ portfolio and perform supplier performance evaluation (Vendors KPI). Develop plans for suppliers’ improvement and corrective actions. Assist other departments in sourcing related issues.

Responsible for all Finance functions including but not limited to Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Budget, Treasury and Cost Control. Responsible for all HR functions including but not limited to Expats affairs, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Locals affairs and Workforce Management. Responsible for all Supply Chain functions including Purchasing, Logistics, Sourcing and Inventory Management.
Responsible for all the purchases for various land and offshore, local and foreign rigs. Determine vendors applicable for any purchase with selecting lowest price & best quality. Communicate with vendors (local & foreign) to reach agreements & discounted rates. Generate weekly & monthly reports for the materials bought & services provided to manage rigs budget through the year. Leading other Purchasers and making sure that they comply and adherence to policies and procedures regarding internal governance and controls.
Handling all the purchases for various EDC rigs from any US manufacturer as well as handling all the DPS rigs (Drilling Petroleum Services) which is a sub-company from EDC.
