Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets

Overseeing a sales team
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
Development of individual program budgets
Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Provide information regarding rooms, suites and availabilities to current and prospective guests over the phone, via email and in person.
Make reservations for rooms via phone and email; confirm online bookings with guests.
Process reservations, including sending reservation and confirmation letters and running credit card charges as well as maintaining communications with guests prior to arrival, during their visit and after departure.
Provide concierge assistance to guests regarding services, recreation, restaurants and other activities.
Assisting guests with problems.
Collect funds for rent, tax, fees, lift tickets, etc. from customers.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout America & Europe.
Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales closers and sales openers to accomplish specific objectives.
Provide high standards of ongoing training for the Sales representatives
